To many heads, including some band members 'Peggy- O' was often referred to as 'Fennario' b/c of the the reference in the song.
Fennario and Peggy-O are the same song, it just depends on who you ask.

Peggo-O is the idiosyncratic name that the GD gave this traditional folk song. Most other artists, like Joan Baez, refer to this song as Fennario.
