I could be wrong, but this recording sounds reeeeaaaalllly slow to me... so much so that its lowering the pitch on the vocals.

The Original 44k SHN Files have a "Header Error" where the Files play "slow". These 44k files should be 48k and a quick fix of the Header makes the Files play at the correct speed. After fixing the Header, the new WAV Files are 48k.
