This is a very small overburn on Disc 1, but allows
nearly 1/2 hour of filler on Disc 2.  To use 74 minute
CD-R's, place d1t9-d1t11 on disc 2 for final total
running times of d1[54:19] and d2[65:28].

Known Flaws:   loud, 2-3 sec PA problem at 4:36 in d1t03
noticeable pop at 7:10 in d1t04

Updated d1t01 which was labelled as "Untitled Bap" but is actually Philly Cheese Blunt. Any time you see "Untitled Bap" in a setlist, it is most likely Philly Cheese Blunt.

Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, track times, etc.)

Quite certain the first two tracks with Henry Butler are indeed Improv -- if you recognize these as songs, please speak up!
