Comments: Sound quality is below average for most audience recordings of this era but no other sources are known to exist/circulate.
Distortion and clipping was present throughout the entire recording. To prevent speaker/eardrum damage I applied a small level attenuation (-0.7 dB) to the entire recording prior to tracking. Several silent gaps between tracks were removed as well.
t03: Levels in left channel drop off to almost nothing at several points. I attempted correcting this by selectively augmenting the left channel by more than 10 dB (!) at the expense of some additional hiss, but in the end it sounded better just copying the right channel which is what i did (and why at times the recording is mono).
t08: Woo-wee/ - this cut is killin' me.
Thanks to slipnut for the source cdr.
DAE(EAC), editing as above (SF6) and SHN encoding via neo_levo.
No post-extraction frequency augmentation/dehissing was performed.
misSHN 10/04.
