Notes:
- Bryan distributed these CDs in late '96/early '97 as one of the
  first test runs of his brand-new CD burner. Chris got copies directly
  from him, who then burned copies for me. Bryan put fades at the
  beginning and end of each disc, though the break between sets 1 and 2
  corresponds to the break between discs 1 and 2.
