The setlist in the Phish companion, as well as on phish.net, and even on db.etree.org all say that this show does not include I Didn't Know. and that Maze is followed by Reba. I don't know what other date this show could be, but I duno why the setlist is different.

Most likely all the existing setlist sources are wrong as has occurred in the past. The Phish Companion typically just took the setlists from phish.net and the setlists here at db.etree are taken from both those sources. I trust James and Marmar's seeds to be correct.

Go ahead any submit a correction to the setlist and I will approve it.

If you take this set and use SHNTOOL to join all the tracks, you'll notice that it is continuous....there is no indication at all that the way it is on the tape is any different....There are no breaks except the tape flip....I'll try and get more verification on the setlist, and if/when I do I'll post it here...
