Notes:
- Look at that first set. No, really, LOOK AT THAT FIRST SET. Longest
  segue to date, I believe.
- A few seconds of noise/distortion around 1:35 of d1t03, sounds like
  overloading.
- Slight "Manhattan Bridge" tease before "Look Around".
- Tick at 0:33 of Crystal Flame.
- It is believed that this particular master is missing the end of the
  first set; the only other clone I was able to find from this source
  (any source, actually) cuts out at 6:51 of "Look Around". The final
  50 seconds, as well as all of "Five to One" and "Sweet Talking Hippie"
  was patched from a 3rd-gen cassette, playback Denon DR-M44HX>DA-20 for
  A/D and then following the lineage above, amplified 50% to match the
  volume. No noise reduction was performed, so some hiss is noticeable.
