Notes:
Another great Yoshi's gig...no Kimock for this one, but it doesn't matter. Bruce continues to rip it up, laying the ground work for the 3 subsequent shows that were to follow this one to close the run.
There was some very loud noises on my master dat during the opening minutes of Western Skyline ...what sounded like a jiggled wire going to a dat deck or quite possibly something in the board. I used Sound Forge 6.0 to apply a -6.0db gain in some spots, -8.0db in others to soften these flaws. I could not remove them completely as that would have required cutting out fractional seconds of music. This was my only option and while the spots are noticeable, they sound much better than the jolting noises on my master.
Also, Bruuuce.com lists Resting Place as an early show encore. If it was played, it's not here. I'd like to get some confirmation on this...anyone out here in torrent land who was at this show? Though Train To Cry is not a typical 'walk-off' tune for Bruce, his comments afterward and band intros lead me to believe that this was the true early closer, but I could be wrong. Maybe someone could help with the title of the Leon Russell(?) cover that is sandwiched in Another Day as well. Check out the Jungleland tease too...short, but very funny!
After this show, I still have 10/27, 10/28, 10/30 & 11/8 to transfer and seed here. Stay tuned!
