NOTE: I have renamed the tracks from the simple "d1??" or "d2??" format to better reflect the show and adhere to etree standards. A new md5 checksum has been generated to reflect the new file names.

Updated some of the Set II setlist/tracking and added an alternate md5 to cover updating the file names to etree standards.

Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, track times, etc.)

... but actually, does anyone else hear a loose We Are Rolling after the Drum Solo that comes out of Shine It? @9:38 on d2t04 I noted an Improv, but just listening again right now it sounds like an unfinished We Are Rolling to me and then the spill over to d2t05 would be the mid-section to WAR but never makes it into that reggae-ish groove, so I've changed the track listing accordingly.
