Show was recorded from the taper section behind the soundboard

Other circulating sources of this show place the set 2 disc 2/3
break between 'The Other One V2' / 'The Wheel' and 'The Eleven' /
'St. Stephen'.  At least one other source places the break between
'The Wheel' / 'Cosmic Charlie'.  This is my preference since there
is a small pause before 'Cosmic Charlie' which makes for a somewhat
cleaner break.  YMMV, you can move tracks from disc 2 to disc 3
before burning this show to CD-R.
