Notes:
-A strange sound occurs in the left channel on the following tracks:
  t01 ("Here I Am Now") at 03:21 and 03:38
t03 ("House On Fire") at 00:40
t07 ("Air Of December") at 00:13
It sounds like a mic stand getting moved or possibly a wind blast.
-Volume dips on t04 ("The Wheel") at 03:54.
-A good portion of t14 ("Nothing") is missing. I faded out t13 ("What I Am") and
added three seconds of silence to soften the transition.
-5 second fades added to the beginning and end of show.
-Resampled with SoX to 44.1kHz (polyphase setting).
