Notes:
- Some occasional mic handling noises early on.
- Small crackle at 1:33 of Gotta Get Mean.
- Tape flip at 7:03 of Warmer Days; added one second fade out/in and reduced
flip time to two seconds of silence.
- Most of And So It Goes is lost to a tape flip.
- Tape flip at 4:48 of Love Of My Life; added one second fade out/in and
reduced flip time to two seconds of silence.
- Most circulating copies - this recording included - had two additional
tracks as filler - one an unknown blues jam labeled "Oedipus Rex"
(possibly the opening band, Surreal McCoys, with John guesting on
harmonica) and the other an Outta My Hands obviously from another show.
  They have been deleted here.
