I'm pretty sure the correct source on this would be Nakamichi CM 100's > Nak MX 100 > ... There is no such thing as a Nakamichi CM 10005 - there is a Nakamichi CM1000 but there are very rare (at least in the taping world - I've never seen one), while the CM 100 is fairly common in the Nakamichi mic world. Also, the MX100 is a mixer, so there must be a recording device in the lineage between the MX100 and the CDR.
