SBD SOURCE INFO
Lineage:
SBD -> Cassette Master -> PCM -> Dat -> CDR(x) -> EAC -> Cool Edit Pro v2.0 -> Samplitude v7.02 Professional -> SHN
Transfered and Edited By Charlie Miller

Notes:
-Thanks to John Lyons for his help in this project.
-Set 2 may be from either a PCM Master or a VHS Master. The
reason I say this is I could not find a tape flip and the
recording is more dynamic than Set 1.
-----------------------
AUD SOURCE INFO
Lineage:
Nak 300 -> D5 -> Cassette Master -> CDR(x) -> Unknown DAE -> SHN
DAE and shorten encoding by C. Vinci
Seed via M. Lai
Notes:
-Some left channel dropouts at the beginning of the encore (U.S. Blues).
-----------------------
MATRIX INFO
SHN (SBD) -> foobar2000 -> WAV (bit-compare ok) + SHN (AUD) -> foobar2000 -> WAV (bit-compare ok) -> Adobe Audition 1.5 (32-bit mixing, time stretching, moderate hiss reduction, moderate noise reduction, track splitting on CD sector boundaries) -> WAV -> FLAC Frontend v 1.7.1 -> FLAC (level 8)

Notes:
-During the abovementioned left channel dropouts in the audience source on U.S. Blues, I copied the right channel into the empty left channel, and these inserts were crossfaded with the existing left channel at their beginning and end.
-The soundboard source of the second set appears to be a VHS master, as a 16kHz pilot tone shows up quite clearly in spectral analysis.
