* Interestingly, they screwed up Los Ojos De Pancha - they started with Cesar
doing the intro to "Ay Te Dejo en San Antonio" but then singing the words to an
unknown ranchero, before pausing as they laugh and he says "David did it last
night, now it's my turn" and then they launch into "Los Ojos de Pancha".  This
comment was obviously a reference to the two versions of "Serenata Nortena"
they did by mistake the night before in Marin.
