Notes:
-Sony Pitch Shift was used to fix the pitch of the recording (which ran too
fast) by -30 cents.
-d1t10 ("Improv") has a few quick cuts at the beginning. Signal may have been
lost from the soundboard.
-There are several random cuts before and after songs (none during music). I
added fades where appropriate to soften the transitions.
-My cassette was labeled as a SBD > Cass/2 although there is more audience in
the mix than usual so this may be a matrix recording.
