Notes:
-Billed as "Pogo Stick."
-Sony Pitch Shift was used to fix the pitch of the recording from the beginning
until d2t03 ("Stwisted"), which ran too fast, by -80 cents and d2t04
("Forgiven") until the end of the show, which ran too slow, by +40 cents. As
this occurs during tape changes, it's possible that 2 different decks were
used to make the dubs with different pitch problems.
-Tape flip at 06:05 on d1t08 ("Do It Again") and at the very end of d2t10
("What I Am").
