A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
The Channel Club in Boston used to be right on the Ft Point Channel (before the days of the Big Dig). It used to be the old Mad Hatter Disco, and still had the raised dance floor with the colored lights underneath. Otherwise the place was a pit, but it attracted the best acts. Max Creek was opening for the Band this night. A couple members were late, so Creek's set was stretched out. Memories of this show are sketchy, but at least I have this recording to prove it actually took place.
