Notes:
-Diginoise at 01:14 and 02:05 on d1t01 ("Ghost Of A Dog"). This exists on both
Jason's and Jerry's cassettes.
-Cuts existed at 03:24 on d1t05 ("Nothing"), 03:50 on d1t10 ("Black & Blue"
[tape flip at the very end]) until 00:31 on d2t02 ("Drums") and at 00:23 on
d2t07 ("Oak Cliff Bra") until the end of the show. I patched in the recording
with another unknown generation cassette from Jerry that needed pitch shifting
by +23 cents.
-Tape flip/stop at the very end of d2t09 ("Forgiven").

After all this work-it's incomplete! There is an ambient instrumental at the beginning of the show, and "Moonage Daydream" is played after "Circle." Thankfully another source exists for this recording, all digital with source and conversion info.
