Deadbase lists Casey Jones as only song in Set I.
Sugar Mag is first song in Set II. Disc 2 is the
rest of Set II. The rest of Disk 1 is filler of
unknown origin, maybe 12/9/71? Is this the result
of Merry Pranksters?

Otto - Deadbase has many examples of incomplete show listings where, if full info wasn't known at the time of print, only those songs verified by eyewitnesses will make the listings. In this case, Casey Jones was the only song verifiable for Set 1 at the time of going to press originally.
This source has been in circulation for nigh on three years now, and conforms to the setlist at www.dead.lists.com (entry contributed to by Michael Goetz & Dick Latvala), so we should be fairly certain that it's correct.
For the record, updates on Deadbase (both online & in the printed format) are generally much slower than other online sources; many incomplete listings from the earlier printed editions of Deadbase are still uncorrected even now (see 2/12/69 early and late, for examples)
