Notes:
-First "What I Am."
-Tape flip at 07:31 on d2t01 ("Black & White"). A fade out was added.
-Tape spooling issues at 07:33 on d2t01 (during the intro to "What I Am") which
occur on the cassette.
-A series of cuts occur at the end of d2t04 ("Nothing") before Edie's banter.
The tape deck was most likely stopped to conserve tape while Kenny's guitar was
getting restrung.
-A third set was played but to my knowledge has not circulated.
