Notes: As you can see, this show is long. The only way to get it to
fit on three discs without too much disruption was to split
Watchtower and Sugaree up, but it's as natural of a break as can be
expected in a segue. There are no fades besides the beginnings and
ends of sets, so break it up however you'd like.
