Fix of shnid 2177

I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless and cleaned up the resulting SBEs with shntool.  I also converted the nonseekable SHNs to FLAC.  Many thanks to whomever did the the DAT>CD transfer for providing the overlap that made this fix possible.

There is a short segment in the transition between drums and space where the volume is almost inaudible.  This is not a fade, it's part of the original recording.  It seemed an appropriate place to split the tracks.  Also, there is a short burst of static at 11:59 in d2t06.  Although this is right where the splice was made, it's part of the original recording, in both segments of redundant material.

The original version of this source was circulated with replaygain tags. The newer flac-md5 file matches a version of the source without those replaygain tags. If you have the old source, simply decompress it to wav, and then recompress it at flac level 8.

This was inadvertently FLAC encoded with replaygain. If you're playing the FLACs in Winamp you should reFLAC the files without the replaygain option. If you're burning extracted .wavs to CD, these are unaffected and no reFLACing is necessary. I apologize for the error.
