A great early show with lots of stage banter!!

*** Fades out

What I (John) changed:
- The track list for disc one was incorrect.  Track 4 (Pendulum -> DEG) was listed as
Dave's Energy Guide and 5 (Bob Dylan Band Jam) as The Pendulum.  I fixed the order
in this file and also split The Pendulum and DEG into two tracks.
- Several of the tracks had a click caused by a small space just off the track changes.
These are now gone as are a bunch of other random clicks that were scattered over
  both discs (mostly the second).
- I did a hiss reduction using a parametric EQ (2.5dB boost to 4k, 6.5dB boost to 9k
(both low Q) to brighten it up a little after pulling the hiss out, 20 db notch
around 15.5k to kill a whine, -20dB shelving filter at 11.5k for the hiss) in
  DDClip Pro.
