This show will track out nicely to Set 1 on one disc, Set 2 on the other.
La Grange as the last track on Disc one is a little sloppy, IMO.

huge (5-10 secs?) drop out in yem...possibly a tape flip....although try does talk about technical difficulties, so i dont know. also fluttering levels.

still a great show

The missing section of YEM is due to an analog tape flip. Most likely a 90 min master cassette was used.

This shn really needs some work. There are level fluctuations throughout (the most wild occurring in "The Curtain"), which could be fixed (at least to some modest degree) with a little more work. Anyone looking to obtain this shn should consider themselves warned.

The only problem with fixing level fluctuations is the hiss level will then fluctuate instead of being constant. I decided to leave the fluctuations as is to prevent choppiness that would have most likely resulted as well. If anyone wants to take a stab at fixing it up, go ahead!! :-)

Don't waste bandwidth downloading or hosting this seed. The recording is very quite, and the above noted flaws do not contribute to a pleasant aural experience.

Has anyone even noticed that the SHN's aren't tracked the way the text file indicates???? Disc 2:Set II cont:1.)Funky Bitch 2.)Fee 3.)Walk Away 4.)The Sloth 5.)Reba 6.)Oh Kee Pah Ceremony >7.)Bold As Love 8.)Lawn Boy 9.)David Bowie->Light Show Jam->Jagermeister->David Bowie...that's how my SHN's are tracked, and yes my MD5's match.

If these shows were sourced from "Eric The Viking's" master SBD cassettes, which they probably were unless they were seeded by the band (unlikely), therein lies the problem with the recording. Eric taped the entire 4/90 Colorado run with his home Aiwa cassette deck out of the SBD. Unfortunately for history, he ran his levels way too low, this greatly reducing the dynamic range of the tapes. When we used his masters to make copies and tried to boost the levels, all you got was hiss. The exception to this run was 4/22, where there were definitely some DAT decks out of the board. Nevertheless, it wasn't really possible to pull a spectacular sounding tape in these days....the board just wasn't that good. Eric, we miss you....RIP.
