Notes:  There is a bit of random digi-noise at various points in the show,
though most is very minor.  The one exception to this being Dixie Down.
There is some pronounced digi-noise throughout the first 30 seconds of the
song.  I removed 2 silent dropouts totaling approximately 2.5 seconds.
