It's listed as ''See that My Grave is Kept Clean" on the first Bob Dylan album.Most searches turn this up as the actual title.

That would be "See my Grave is Kept Clean" by Blind Lemon Jefferson et al. I read the American Book of the Dead in teh bathroom. According to said book, the song has it's origins in British folk tradition, "Two White Horses in a Line" and "Who Killed Cock Robin". Also a cover in bar bands with Merl known as "One Kind of Favor".
