Resource for tapes suggests "It's possibly an FM as there is a WMAL station announcement on the tape"; however I think it's far more likely that this is radio station interference with the PA/recording equipment.
In conversion from source discs it was necessary to remove 4118-sample gaps from Disc #1 (this corresponds to approx 1/10th of a second, not the 2-second gaps one would expect with TAO) between most tracks. For disc #2, the gaps were 89377 samples (2 seconds + a little bit). Removal of these gaps from discs #1 & #2 left seamless joins. For disc #3, there were 133477 sample-gaps (3-and-a-bit seconds!!), and minor repairs were necessary at each gap to avoid clicks. A very small number of additional clicks and gaps were removed - many remain, especially right at the beginning of disc #1.

There is radio static leaking at places throughout the recording, and is clear during between songs and even during the quieter parts of music. Not really a shame, actually, as that night was an absolute disaster.

The version of "One More Saturday Night" that is included in this file-set is actually the one from Paris 05/04/72.
