shntool reports that d02t08 is not cut on sector boundaries. Don't know if this is a problem considering it's the last track, but I thought it should be noted.

I used CDWAV to cut this show up, and when I check it it flowed seamlessly. I dont think that particular program even brings sector boundries into the mix, that why I like to use it. Much less complicated :)

Still, I think it would be a good idea to use shntool to check and/or repair SHNs that aren't cut on sector boundaries.

If you feel that strongly about it feel free to do so...It flows seamlessly, so i am not going to go back and reconvert the show.
