Notes:

- Special thanks to Matt Geibel, who was an enormous help in making this recording
- Up until Blue Diamonds, the show was (accidentally) recorded at LP (33.1 khz). I noticed
the problem during Heaven and corrected before the next track.  The rest of the show was
recorded at the standard 44.1 Khz
- There are a few short instances where the sound is slightly distorted, most noticeably
at the beginning of tracks 1,2, and 9 on Disc One.  This was due to a power problem.
- I used Soundforge XP Studio 5 to fix a few dropouts in between tracks, for when I had
to change batteries, and to convert the LP recorded tracks to 44.1 Khz.
