$ Break between 4 & 5 was Minidisc change.  The show was a single set,
  but I spread the tracks over the two discs to limit dead space.
# At very end the recorder got jolted and dropped some samples.
  Edited in Nero Wave Editor 1.0 to minimize the impact.  Also
  I had to leave before the encore.
