Recording Notes:
- my first audience recording, so it took me longer than most to get
those levels where they should be.  Clipping is audible in the
beginning of the set.  Sorry!  Gain was dropped in WaveLab to protect
  your stereo equipment from transients.

- thanks to Jason Adler for letting me clamp.  Stand was front and center,
6 feet back from stage lip, about 10 feet high.

- The following processing was performed on the master wave file prior to
  splitting up the tracks.

1. DC Offset Removal.
2. Change Gain, down 2%, to protect your stereo equipment where it clips.
3. Resample to 44.1khz.
3. Fades at the beginning/end of sets.
