Notes:
A bad cable resulted in the right channel dropping out starting at 0:40 of d2t04 and continuing through d2t05 and d2t06.  I fixed the problem prior to the start of d2t07 and the rest of the recording is intact.  I used the channel converter feature in SoundForge to copy the left channel onto the right for this portion and hence this portion of the 2nd Set is mono.

48>44.1kHz resample done with SoundForge (v. 6.0) using high (4) interpolation accuracy and applying an anti-alias filter.
