Fix of shnid 7742

I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless by patching in the Young-Keyser audience recording from archive.org (shnid 26279), from 10:32 to 12:15 in drums.  The AUD volume was lowered 2.2 db and crossfades were applied to the beginning and end of the patch.  I also patched in a small dropout in Terrapin at 13:07.  All SHNs were converted to FLAC, shntool was used to fix resulting boundary errors.

Many thanks to the original seeder of this show and to Brent Peich for the CD source.
