Notes:
- All tracks extracted in Aqua CD Burn (cdparanoia libraries) at 100%, no errors.
- Taper inserted fades whenever the band took a break between songs. I retracked
so tracks would start at the beginning of the next song, so fades are now near
  the end of d1t02, d1t05, d1t09, d1t11, d2t01, d2t06, during the crowd noise only.
  No music is lost.
- Last two tracks are a late night surprise set at Gordon Biersch. John, Chan,
Brendan and Tad borrowed local band T. Condo's instruments and played a couple
of songs. Recording is quite distant and was low on master so I normalized to 100%.
- SHN>WAV>FLAC converted with xACT 1.57 on 4/11/06 to fix sector boundary errors.
