Notes:
- Dropout from 0:03-0:07 of Regarding Steven; possible tape flip up the
  line. Another dropout from 7:31-7:37 of The Joker.
- Level drops significantly at 5:50 of The Joker and remains low for the
  rest of the song and 22 seconds of the next track.
- The second "Johnny B. Goode" is a continuation of the first one but is
  resumed after a break after The Joker.
- There's really no good way to split this show - either a 20-minute,
  one-track first disc, or a 20-minute, three-track second disc.
