Notes:
-Beginning banter cut on d1t01.
-Banter cut at the end of "All Ties."
-The "Drums" track and "Whatever" suffer from odd, low levels and treble issues.
-"What I Am," "Cleopatra," "Nothing" and "Dog (Stop Screaming)" are all missing
from the recording; these songs were performed after "All Ties" on set I.
-"Lemonska" and "Sure To Fall" are also missing. These were performed after
"Pregnant Dog." More odd levels and treble issues begin "Uh Oh."
-Pitch issues occured during the encore break. Only crowd noise and a little bit
of Edie's banter was affected. This section was deleted and fades were put in
place.
