Lineage: Panasonic WM61A microphones > Sony NH700 Hi-MD recorder (16 bit wav) > PC
Cooledit used to append the files and balance and normalise volume
Tracked using WinOnCD facility > CDR > EAC > FLAC
Set list: 1. Dance Around Mollie > Dandelion Wine 2. Stillwater Getaway 3. Bird In The House 4. Railroad Earth 5. 420 6. Head 7. Any Road Encore: 8. Little Rabbit
Notes: I'm not particularly happy with the quality of this recording - if a better one surfaces I would strongly advise using that. There appears to be some peak overload of the microphones during vocals- it's not digital overload because I was careful with recording levels. I missed the first 4 or 5 seconds of the encore - the crew were tearing down the stage when the guys returned to play and that caught us all out! I've faded it in and it sounds OK. A great evening, but all too short - someone made the strange decision to have two support acts that night!
