Considerable maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, etc.)
Of special mention here is a very raw/early performance of Down On Me, albeit in a different form than what it becomes when thrown into rotation in 2003. Nonetheless, it's definitely the song's bass line, with John's playing being different than later versions, and so the structure of the piece differs as well.
So far in my re-listening to shows from this tour I've found an early version of Down On Me on 4/29/2000 as well.

And actually, the early version of Down On Me is better named Down On Me/Tsukemono medley since Chris is playing the bass line from Tsukemono and they sort of toy between the themes/melodies of each tune.
