Comments:
Tin can sound from the section being too far back for the low sound level. The electric parts generally come in fair, but some of the softer songs the distance effect is pretty noticeable.
Same problem with chatter during softer parts of the show. What is it with people and mic stands? I think I'm gonna get a T Shirt made that says "I'm trying to tape the show. Right now I seem to be mostly taping *you* instead. You don't have to STFU, just please go stand somewhere else."
The wind was really heavy at times, so hard the mics were swaying. The Shure windscreens did a fine job of eliminating all rumble, but the wind still affects the sounds - you can hear volume changes and channel phasing from heavy gusts, mostly during first set. Second set the wind dropped off.
Some kind of dance club further down the Landing cranked it up late night, some weird thumping carry over in the left channnel during the end of the second set starting with Rosemary.
Thanks to Cumberland Jimmy and Harman for the hospitality, hook ups, and for bring the general incomprehensible insanity.
Not as good as the FOBs, but if it's listenable, I like to upload anyway.
Enjoy! RobertNC
