Notes added by Dave Mallick on 1/8/02
- Crackling on master from 00:39-00:55 of d01t03
- Minor dropout at 00:08 of d01t06
- Entire show sounded 'slow' so a pitch shift of 1.088435 was applied
(the reciprocal of the factor that would be applied in a 48>44.1 sample rate
conversion, although the taper says the master is as it's supposed to be).
The pitch of John's spoken voice and the opening chords of "But Anyway" from
a DAT of 4-24-94 were used for this comparison.

Notes added by Aaron Johnson on 2/11/02
- D2T07 "But Anyway" was apparently pitch shifted too fast in the opposite
direction, so I pitch shifted it back using a -1.088435 in Sound Forge 5.0e.
This changed the track's time from 5:42:14 to 6:02:39.
