Rob Gilde's notes:
Various sites list the venue as "Seattle Center Arena". The correct venue
is "Memorial Stadium". Both venues are at Seattle Center and have been used
for Bumbershoot over the years. However:
- On this recording, at the end, they say that the next act is Beck. Online
newspaper articles from the time describe the Beck show as being at Memorial
Stadium.
- By 1997, the "Seattle Center Arena" had been rebuilt as "Key Arena" and
nobody called it by the old name anymore.
- The recording sounds like it was outdoors.
- I vaguely remember being at Memorial Stadium for this show.
- In the early years of using Memorial Stadium, as I recall, Bumbershoot was
not using the Key Arena.
- My DAT is marked that way.
