NOTES:
There are 4 sec fades at the beginning and end of each set.
The last 4secs of d2t8 and the first 4secs of d3t1 are redundant.
When longer media becomes available, use CDWav to cut the extra 4 secs off each end to seamlessly reassemble the single set.
