Notes:
- Show originally sourced with Johnny B. Goode tracked after d1t11, but JBG
was almost exclusively reserved for the encore or the end of set 2, so I
  relocated it more sensibly.
- Some static in the left channel on the first few tracks, then Bob's bass
amp goes haywire during d1t02, continuing through the next couple tracks.
- Jump cut at 2:56 of d1t04.
- Tick at 8:34 of d1t09.
- Left channel muted temporarily during the banter after d1t10. No music
is lost as it cuts back in well before d1t11 begins.
