notes:

I randomly saw this show in a small record store in fairfax I was in the other day. It was sitting on the shelf with other standard issue used commercial dmb discs. This was a) the only live show, b) not an rca/bama 2disc cd. I let it sit there for a day to see how widespread it was (or if there were any flaws in the spread version), saw the comments on dmbalmanac/etree and went back to pick it up the next day. After listening to it, I obtained a copy of the source circulating, compared the two, and definitively determined that what I had was different source. Also, there was a filler track on disc 2, Halloween from a yet-to-be-determined show, though I've heard it before, so it's out there. Nevertheless, I removed the Halloween, as it obviously does not belong to this show.
