My third show! Definitely one of my all time favorite shows, top 5 for sure! I know this is lame, but the Sample opener was sweet (I was rather new to Phish at the time and I hadn't heard Sample at my first 2 shows, so for them to open with it was cool). Another Curtain was cool after the one I heard in Pittsburgh. 3 shows, 3 ripping Julius', can't get any better than that. The NICU was tight as was Gin. FEFY was funny with Trey messing up the intro. But what really makes this show memorable was the second set! CTB was new, and I hadn't heard it, but Tweezer was one of my favorites at that time and the segue into Makisupa was brilliant. The segue from Makisupa into Antelope was also brilliant, and the Antelope was another one of the best I've ever heard. I've never danced so hard in my life! The Hood encore was an extra special treat, and was flawlessly played. Damn those memories are grand.
