The Pozo Saloon is a 100+ year old stage stop out in the middle of nowhere in San Luis Obispo County. The concerts are always held in the field behind the saloon. This was one of the summer festivals and featured about three different bands. I'd never seen Peter Rowan before but had heard his music with Jerry's band Old & In The Way. It was a shock to me when Peter mentioned off hand during the show that John Kahn, Jerry's bass player, was no longer with us. I liked this show and was glad to see and record it.
