1. 11/??/90 Muscle Shoals Sound Studios - Sheffield, AL   1st generation tape > equalizer > cd > eac > wav > flac (not tradable per DBT's wishes) from: http://www.drivebytruckers.com/discography.html Adam's House Cat - Town Burned Down recorded november 1990 / Still unreleased as of now. We recorded 13 songs, live, in the upstairs of the Muscle Shoals Sound Studios complex. This album is the closest we ever came to capturing what was right about that band (and is basically all Cooley and I have to show for 6 years of hard work from 1985-1991). Some of the vocal performances make me cringe, but the album otherwise kicks a lot of ass. Over ten years later, I'm still knocked out by what a great drummer Chuck Tremblay was, and John Cahoon's bass playing kicked ass. Chris Quillen's high harmony at the end of Long Time Ago still gives me chills. Town Burned Down included the "original" versions of "Lookout Mountain", "Buttholeville" and a song called "Runaway Train" that should have been a hit. We still hope to put the album out on Soul Dump Records in the not too distant future. 1 CD-R/FLAC

1. 12/20/70 L'Olympia - Paris, France   SBD>?>Bootleg Cd>MD>CDR Paris '70 is one of the more famous Sabbath films, since is one of the only pro-shot films of the band during the early 70?s. Professionally filmed by a Belgian film crew on 16mm film, this show was later broadcast on TV by Yorkshire and Tyne Tees Television. It was shown in 2-30 minute episodes. EDIT on Jan 28 2015 - there is a general consensus in the Black Sabbath world that the so called Paris 1970 film is not from The Olympia Theater 12/20/1970 but still as stated above, filmed by a Belgium crew the date is most likely from 1970-10-03 - the venue being Theatre 140 (POPSHOP)- http://www.black-sabbath.com/tourdates/1971tour/ 1 CD-R

5. ??/??/76 Yvette Crichton Household - Unknown, Jamaica   AUD The Yvette Acoustic Tape 1976 Recorded in one of Bob's girlfriend's houses this tape includes many songs that Bob never released and some that would become some of his most famous classics. The mood is really relaxed and Bob seems to be in a really great mood often laughing out loud at some of the things he is singing. He then gets a bit more serious with the deeply religious God of All Ages where he is accompanied by the heartbeat rhythm of a bongo drum. Rumors is also another great highlight featuring some fantastic vocal form. Bob on this tape also composes some of jammin as well as a very early rendition of Easy Skanking. He also chats a bit between songs about opening a hospital in Ethiopia. The tape closes out with Oh What a Day, which is a long very early version of what would become Misty Morning. 1 CD-R

1. ??/??/77 Retrospective - Various, Various   Various sources: AUD/SBD * = w/ John Rich on Pedal Steel ** = w/ Bill Kreutzman *** = w/ Robert Hunter **** = w/ Bob Weir # = w/ Clarence Clemmons ## = w/ Bruce Hornsby Notes: I created this live JGB compilation to capture my favorite performances over the years 1975-1995 in a single box set. It does not purport to be a definitive "Best of JGB" as I'm sure everyone has an opinion of what they believe is the best version of a particular song. All the track selections are definitely reflective of my own personal tastes, with my favorite shows heavily represented. Nevertheless, I hope folks will find a good many of their own personal favorites here as well. I tried to adequately showcase as much of the band's wide repertoire as possible and include as many rarities and guest performances as I could. Needless to say some of my least favorite songs are not here. So, my apologies to you, if I left out a song that you love. All the tracks here (88 tracks spread over 10 discs) are from Etree.org listed sources, and cover a wide range of audience, soundboard and matrix sources with varying sound levels. As such, the transitions between songs are not always perfectly smooth and you may find yourself adjusting volume levels. There's also some tuning/dead air in places, as I did nothing more, in terms of editing, than select and arrange the tracks. Where the sound quality is sometimes least desirable is on some of the tracks where no options existed, such as "Not Fade Away" and "Man Smart, Women Smarter," which were only played once. The ten discs generally move chronologically from the periods 1975 to 1995 but I have taken the liberty of mixing things up a bit to make it more interesting. The only song repeated here is "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," mainly because it was tied to my favorite "Mystery Train." I happen to love both these versions and think you'll find that both the '78 and '82 treatments are excellent (the '82 being a reggae-fied version). Anyway, I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoyed putting it together. - Christian (jchristianharper@hotmail.com) 8 CD-R/SHN

This cd was an official CD that was only available if you purchased the book "Voodoo Child: The Illustrated Legend Of Jimi Hendrix". The book clearly states that these recordings were recorded in NYC around April of 1968; another session book pegs this date as April 12th. The book was published by Penguin Books in the USA, England, Canada and New Zealand and was first published in 1995 but I think it's no longer in print. The book is more like a hard-bound comic book and If anyone wants to try tracking it down, the ISBN# is 0-670-86789-6. 1 CD-R

The 2 events are often confused, but the 58-minute film in general circulation clearly shows no audience or light show. The band ran through their usual set of the day.
