| Notes: | Ugh. Bad sound. I'm not really sure what happened here. The equipment used should have produced a better recording. Sounds like the taper was far away, likely on the lawn. The sound does improve throughout the show though, and is listenable. Too bad it isn't better because I was at this one. A rare Stranglehold was performed, and through the crowd talking around me, I remember trying to figure out what the hell they were playing. But the most distinct visual I have of this show is a large group of fucktards from the lawn chucking large hunks of sod down onto us in the seats. Then vice-versa. I'd look up and back and the sky was filled with flying sod. Then .. WHAP. I'm smacked in the head with another one. It was total mayhem, and one of the worst Tool live experiences I've had. Reference 7.16.98 for another one of these sod-fests. The closing Flood was very intense that night though. Tech notes: Track transition inconsistencies common to the master A couple of small dropouts | |||||
