Date remains a mystery... this show may been one of the 5/27-30/1971 shows at the Fillmore with Cold Blood or the 12/3/1971 show at the Winterland with Tower of Power. Originally seeded as a March 1971 show.
Joy of Cooking is:
Toni Brown (keyboards/guitar/vocals)
Fritz Kasten (drums)
Ron Wilson (percussion)
David Garthwaite (bass)
Terry Garthwaite (guitar/vocals)
This recording comes from KSAN... Exact date remains unknown. Lou Sosa notes: "According to the Bill Graham Productions database, Joy of Cooking played with Cold Blood on May 27th-May 30th, 1971 at the Fillmore West. This could be from one of these sets.
Looks like they also played with Hot Tuna & Tower of Power on December 3rd & 4th , 1971 at Winterland. I'm also wondering if it could be from there and someone maybe got 12-03-1971 confused with 03-12-1971, and thus the March 1971 date?"
